Most of our work is a whole corridor, but we do accept single fixes when a failing sensor, a jammed interlock or a stubborn dimmer is stopping your floor. We would rather put one steady repair in a tired corner than let the whole ring fall out of tune around it. We confirm receipt within one working day and aim to reply with a first view within two. A full field survey is usually scheduled inside ten to fourteen working days, or sooner for an urgent plant.
